Yes! I had so much fun with this particular recipe. I have never attempted to do an authentic mexican recipe but seeing how I love mexican food I had to do it at one point or another.
WARNING
This recipe takes a lot of time (3 hours to cook the pork, 30-45 Minutes to prepare the tamales, and another 1.5 hours to steam I did it in two days. I cooked the pork the first day and cooked the tamales the next.
Although they take a good amount of time to prepare, they are soooo delicious!

Risotto is so simple to make that you will WOW all at your ability to multi-task in the kitchen. My mom loves to cook risotto because it is both fun to make and a serious crowd pleaser. Serve this along side any chicken, steak, or even a roasted vegi terrine.

As promised...here is my recipe for a spinch stuffed chicken! It is a derivative of a recipe from the NY Times. I gave it a go last night at a small gatherine we had. Not only was it wonderful to taste but the presentation on this dish is superb. You will look like a master chef with this one yet it is oh so simple
